Wrong format in transfer license

Hi.

Actual format of transfer licenses or change of license resllers is very wrong.

I'm moving from BuyCpanel to OVH

Well.

I put orders with 2 days before expire license.

OVH say me "We send email for lates 5 licenses today..."
BuyCpanel say me "You must cancel licenses before"

Well, No i cancel 5 licenses on BuyCpanel and OVH not provide me a new licenses.

On Way my customer has not licenses now.

Very wrong, very bad.
