I have a problem. When ever i upload files using any ftp manager, why is the GID for the file uploaded is always GID of 65534 (nobody group)'? Assume I already created an account named dj with a UID of 1010 and GID 1012. Shoulnt the GID be 1012 on whatever files i created/upload by ftp instead of GID 65534 'nobody'? I'm using pureftpd as my ftp server without anonymous uploads.
