    Hello,
I'm a newbie here. I just upgraded the cpanel and when i access the home page of a user i get the error:

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8b FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 mod_bwlimited/1.4 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 Resin/3.0.25 mod_perl/2.0.3 Perl/v5.8.8 Server at sakapfetstore.com Port 80

This is happens after every cpanel upgrade. the PHP SUExec is disabled on cpanel server.
Please advice. Thanks in advance for your help

Is there a .htaccess file in the directory of the URL you're trying to access? If so, what's in it?
