Wrong usage being shown

    One of my cpanel account user is showing account disk usage of 500mb out of 1000mb, but if we look into his email usage, his default email account is showing disk usage of 950mb, which is not getting counted into total disk usage. More over the disk usage of 950mb is also not right, because when I logged into that email id, there are no emails there in any of the folders. Please recommend

    You may want to run the following command to see if it corrects the issue:

    /scripts/fixquotas
    If not, review the following document for instructions on how to to manually check the disk space usage in the account's home directory to determine where the usage is coming from:
