www dir is changed to a fole of 808 bye

    www dir is changed to a file of 808 byte

    Last night i was uploading sitemap.xml. to upload .xml fle i just double clicked on my www folder suddenly it changed to a file of 808 byte.
    I don't know how it happened :mad: I didn't change the permissions or anything else.
    Webpage is working fine. (www,adsbox.pk). all files are existing my public_html filder. but www directory is not under the root of my site.
    Usually www folder is under the root of public_html/home but now its not under that Directory :confused:

    The www is a link to the public_html/ directory, it is not a directory itself.

    But why its converted to a file ?
    How it could be Normal?
