    please tell me how to create www folder (shortcut public_html) when I delete it ?

    Root Administrator
    ln -s public_html www

    I am a cpanel user and can not access to server machine directly please tell me more.

    you will need to get your host to add the symbolic link back if you dont have root/shell access

    I have a host and I can edit it by cpanel or ftp only

    Symbolic links have to be done by shell. A PHP or perl script might be able to do it.
