WWW Prefix

[DirectNetz]

I am having a problem with a couple accounts: they are accessible only when they DO NOT use the WWW prefix.

ie.

http://yourdomain.com --> WORKS
http://www.yourdomain.com --> DOES NOT WORK

Most likely a DNS issue... check your zone files, or maybe it's just a propogation issue that will clear itself out in 4 or 24 hours. And you can check the httpd.conf file for the presence/absence of a "ServerAlias www.domain.com" line in the virtualhost directive.
