    Hello,

So you mean you can access your domain with IANA — Example domains, but not with example.com? If so, can you verify whether both of them are resolving to the same IP address? If they are pointing to the same IP address, check the virtualhost conf for example.com and make sure it includes both example.com and IANA — Example domains.

    Thank you,
    Nibin.

    Hello,

The rewrite rule won't work up until apche can read the correspodning htaccess when you enter example.com.

    Run,

    ping exaple.com
    ping IANA — Example domains

from your command propt and see whether both of them are pointing to the same IP ( look at the output of each commands ).

If both of them are pointing to the same IP, contact your webhost - if you have created the account as www.example.com, it can lead to such troubles ( just noticed you are a reseller owner ). They can check the virtualhost entry for your domain! :)

    Thank you,
    Nibin.

    Hi,

You may want to add a C name for www with your domain registrar.

You are likely simply cached. Did you check in a proxy to see if example.com works. A few proxy servers are proxify.net and kproxy.com
