I started snooping around this morning and looked at 6 of our servers and the edit setup in whm are different on all of them. I mean they have different fields. I looked at /etc/wwwacct.conf file on each and they range in size from 311 to 680 to 3898. Should these files wwwacct.conf have the same amount of fields in them? Running redhat 9 on all of them.

Those -0 and -1 appear after reinstalling Cpanel I think. You may delete them. WHM Server Setup > Edit Setup should be displaying some warning about it too.
