Hi on our wyziwyg editor everything works fine but when we click on the preview tab it says this:

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /public_html/media/content/.wysiwygPro_preview_45e7e0a6591d2adf6879bcf3a75.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Please make sure that you have assigned the appropriate permission to the folder /public_html/media/content and also check the error logs for the exact error message. You can check the error logs at /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log.

Try using the preview tab on a regular file instead of this one .wysiwygPro_preview_45e7e0a6591d2adf6879bcf3a75.php

    That's not a regular file.
