    Frankly, its a bug report. But i'll post it here for a while.
    So, when a user tries to edit html files from FileManager with HTMLEditor(WysiwygPro), the latest is being installed with permissions of 664 on .php files. Which is wrong in situation where php - is CGI and suexec enabled. This package should be corrected.
