Upgraded cpanel and now all accounts on x theme

Don't get me wrong, I love the x theme, but I have my own theme, because my users don't speak English. After upgrading to 9.1.0-c51, all accounts are using the x theme. I have tried editing the packages and resetting the theme, but to no avail.
Files in /var/cpanel/users show the correct theme.

Somehow after an update X skin is now the defualt skin for every single account and not to mention the fact that I can't modify any of the accounts with the another skin! What the heck?

Its a bug as a side effect of today's security fix. There will be a fixed build out very shortly.

OK, used /scripts/upcp and got xcontroller back, but now on the server stats, it shows:

    apache failed
    bind failed
    eximstats failed
    mysql failed

    ????? Help please.
