I'm just wondering what's going on with this skin. You must select "Blue Lagoon" to change to this skin but all details of it are labeled as an Xskin.

Yeah, you did. 
Somebody didn't want to re-code so the previous Bluelagoon is now called Monsoon with x being the new Bluelagoon.
