I have created a custom top-billboard image for black ice. It is the exact same size and file format as the default top-billboard. I successfully uploaded it in the branding live editor and it displays correctly in the edit Header and Footer section of the black ice live editor. However, it is NOT being picked up and actually used in cPanel for any clients using black ice. Any idea what stupid thing it is I am doing to make this not work?
