X3 gives Fantastico page.

When theme changed to x3 for any account on server it gives Fantastico page for cpanel. why so ?

Server Specification :

cPanel 11.24.4-R35075 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
CENTOS 4.7 i686 standard
