ive searched the forum the best I could and elsewhere but unable to find a solution to my problem,
Im running the latest stable version of whm/cpanel

when using the x3 theme, no matter which style I use
wheather its root, black ice, blueroy, b2b etc they are all the same issue
the theme colors change and graphics change depending on which one I choose.
the problem i have is the collapsible menues, there is a black triangle with ? inside of it for alot of things and all the icons are in the center of each menu and go down vertically instead of horizontally, like they are all in 1 collumn

I deleted the x3 theme, then ran the command /scripts/upcp to reinstall the latest version, but same issue

    any help would be appreciated

    thanks

Do you happen to have had RVSkin installed on the machine? I've seen this issue where RVSkin is on the machine and the x3 theme itself will not display properly.

yes we sure do have rvskin installed in whm, its not working right now though as we need to update our licence with them before activating it again.

If RVSkin isn't working right now, you would want to uninstall it until the license has been renewed, then again force an cPanel update using /scripts/upcp --force

As I mentioned before, I've seen this happen on RVSkin machines where the x3 theme doesn't work, so you've confirmed you have RVSkin. Once you've uninstalled RVSkin until the license has been renewed, it should properly function for the x3 theme styles.

If that isn't the cause then, please submit a ticket using WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature. Also, can you try loading up cPanel on an account and tail the cPanel error log while doing so?

    Code:
    tail -fn0 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
If you do see any errors, please post the errors here and in the ticket that is opened. If you'd like to post the ticket number here, we could then follow up back on the forum for the resolution.

Did you brand the x3 theme in some manner? If so, then you can try running that command, but it would be beneficial to know if you are receiving errors in the error log also.
