    I've branded the X3 theme using the basic 'change image' option, because the theme system just lost me completely (are there any guides anywhere?), and when I log in to my reseller account, it doesn't show the top-billboard.jpg file. It did this before I changed it too. However, customers' accounts are fine, they see my replacement image (and saw the standard cpanel one before it) fine.

    What gives? It would be nice to have everything looking the same.

    Slides 8 through 15 of this presentation from the 2007 Training Seminar cover the topic of Branding:

    http://trainingseminar.cpanel.net/slides/trackb/Customizing cPanel.pdf

    Note, the screen shots and procedures are from older builds of cPanel 11 and these things have changed slightly since then.

    Not sure on what would cause your customers to see your modifications but not you. Sounds like a possible bug.

    If you feel it's extremely urgent, feel free to submit a ticket. Otherwise, you can post an entry to http://bugzilla.cpanel.net

    Please open a ticket

    Hi moosemoose. Would you please open a ticket regarding this issue. I would like to look into this for you. You can put it Attn: Shanna. We have tried to reproduce in the design department and are unable to, thus the need for a ticket. Thanks!

    hi shanna,

    i'll raise a ticket for the issue - do i do this through the bugzilla system, or is there another way?

    <edit>
    i seem to have fixed it. ownership for the reseller account was not set to itself, and that seemed to be why it couldn't see it's theme.

    thanks for your help :)
