XMB to phpBB Problems

The CPanel on the server's default Bulletin Board is XMB. I installed it and saw that I could upgrade from XMB to phpBB 2.0.6c. I click on that and I get the message:

Upgrading your board is not yet avalible...

Does anyone know what is going on here?

Is this converting through cPanel?
Is it upgrading or converting you mean?

If not and your just trying to convert your board them the people at phpbb might be able to help a little more :)
