    Hi,

I'm using the xml-api to gather account information. It does tell me if the account is suspended but I do not see anything in the applist for the xml-api that shows me the timestamp of WHEN the account was suspended. Is it possible to get this info from the current xml-api ?

    Thanks!

At this time, that information does not appear to be available via the listaccts function in the XML-API.

Is there anywhere I can request that it be added? Or, is there somewhere else I would automatically be able to pull this information from?

    Thanks!

You are always welcome to suggest new functionality for our APIs via our official feature request system: http://bugzilla.cpanel.net

I can't think of any other mechanisms via our APIs by which you can retrieve this information automatically. If I get some free time this week, I'll look into that for you.

I submitted something through the link you gave, not sure if I did it correctly though.

All updates will be posted to the bugzilla entry you submitted, not to this thread.

It's been 6 months and no update...

So I guess this is just never going to be put in? Knowing when an account was suspended is important information and should be included in the xml output.

Wanted to update this, shortly after posting last it was added in. You can now access the suspension times from the xml-api :):)
