Just wondering if anyone else has had problems ordering XRamp certificates lately?
I ordered our original certificate with them, after 1 phone call and a couple of emails I had all the details confirmed with them and the certificate was live within about an hour.
Our certificate expired so I ordered a new 3 year certificate via WHM as based on last years experience I thought it would be a quick and painless process, how I was wrong....
I received an email asking to confirm details that IMO they SHOULD have not sent as they had already been confirmed with the previous certificate and I am surprised they didn't check and notice it was a renewal.
I've tried contacting them for 3 days now, email, phone... NOTHING. No reply to emails and placed calls throughout the day and during US office hours (I am in the UK and I know they are US based), despite the fact they are supposed to have a '24/7/365' dedicated cPanel support number, not a single one of my calls has been answered to either this number or the number on their new website!
I'm surprised to get such a poor level of service after such a good level of service the first time round, if this is how the company now operate, I would strongly recommend using another company and perhaps cPanel should consider replacing them in WHM with a company that can actually provide the level of service they claim to.
Interested to hear if anyone else has had any recent experience with this, and also if any cPanel rep's can comment on this as well.
