    Hi,
since we start using easyapache3 we are having problem in some account on all server we have.

First, don't ask why, but some users go to cPanel's addon domain and insert his own domain, but with www.

So, if you go to WHM on "List Park Domains" we see

    customerdomain.com user www.customerdomain.com (UnPark)

If I try to unpurk the www.customerdomain.com I have this error:

There was a problem unparking www.customerdomain.com from adesaodigital.com: Show Details
You cannot unpark a user's main domain name.

So... I just cannot unpark the www.customerdomain.com cause system thinks I'm talking about customerdomain.com

And the problem is not just that... it's worse, when we rebuild httpd.conf, normaly after compile apache other problem comes.

Every user that have this issue (his own domain as added domain with the www.) have their sites offline. Not that it come offline, but apache is poiting to a diferent place. When I checked httpd.conf, the virtualhost from this domain is like this:

    DocumentRoot /home/user/public_html/www
when it was to be like:
    DocumentRoot /home/user/public_html

If I change manualy I solve the problem, but it's temporary cause next time we compile apache this will happen again. And man, I don't know why but at least 3 or 4 users do this kind of things on each server we have.

Anyone know how can I fix this? how can I unpark the www. domain?

I have same issue, to fix edit /var/cpane/users/username, remove dns1
remove any parket domain, backup the account, remove form cpanel, and them, recreate account, that solve my problem.

    regards

The behavior where the end-user was able to create an entry using the implied "www" sub-domain is now correctly prevented in cPanel 11.25. Upon re-testing cPanel version 11.25 I was unable to reproduce the described symptoms (i.e., unable to erroneously setup the "www" sub-domain of the account's main domain name). I recommend ensuring the system is upgraded to cPanel 11.25 to prevent the issue from recurring. For more details about cPanel version 11.25 I recommend reviewing the official Release Notes.

As an example, here is the expected (i.e., normal) output message that is displayed when attempting to erroneously setup the "www" sub-domain of the primary account domain name:

Setup via Sub-domains: There was a problem creating the sub-domain. Show Details:
Sorry, www cannot be used in subdomains. It is implicitly added to all newly created subdomains.

Setup via Parked Domains: There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details:
Error from park wrapper: You cannot park your main domain!

Setup via Add-on Domains: (There are two possible results, similar to the above.)
Result #1.) There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details:
Sorry, www cannot be used in subdomains. It is implicitly added to all newly created subdomains.

Result #2.) There was a problem creating the addondomain. Show Details:
Error from park wrapper: You cannot park your main domain!
