Ok,
Before whatever was done to whatever for resellers, I had ZERO problems creating packages and resellers (my personal accounts have unlim space, no packages needed, etc).
NOW, however, resellers (ANY) can't create new accounts? Ummmm, what's up with that?
What's checked? Everything! It doesn't matter what packages are checked, it's all the same thing.. The very same error is coming up everywhere.
The error? You do not have access to create that package (0)!
What kind of scientific formula must be used NOW in order to get resellers to be able to create packages?

Ok, so resellers have to edit / create packages before adding users.. This fixed the problem.
Confusing, coming from a global standpoint I guess, but understandable.. Can this be fixed to show (instead of you don't have access to that) that you have to create a package??
I think it'd solve a few questions from people.

&Ok, so resellers have to edit / create packages before adding users.&

But aren't those packages seen by all resellers so that they can go in and edit each others packages? I would like to avoid this. I'm a little confused about this because I use a WHM reseller version at a host and when I create accounts I can design them as I would like. I don't have to choose a package from the drop down menu. I don't even think that it is activated. Isn't it possible for resellers to create accounts with their version of WHM without having to use packages? - Where can this be disabled?

Thanks
John
