You do not have the feature sslinstall

When I try to install certificates on server I get this error:

I also tried to use "letsencrypt", but still get this ": You do not have the feature “sslinstall”. So my question is, how do I get this feature? Or why is it happening and what should I do? I'm really new using Cpanel.

since you listed yourself as a website owner you will need to contact your provider.
Perhaps they have the feature disabled

The previous post is correct. The error message suggests the ability to install a SSL certificate as a cPanel user is disabled by your web hosting provider. You'll need to contact your provider and see what SSL options they offer.
