We are seeing "Bailing out.. you must set a valid destination for backups" intermittently. I just went through the logs and the issue appears to be with disk space. We use a remote destination and do not "Retain backups in the default backup directory". So it creates the zip file locally, then places in transfer queue and when transfer succeeds it removes the local zip. However it does not wait for the transfer to complete before moving onto creating the zip for next account. So for example.

Sever has 50G free for /backup (local Default Backup Directory)
acct1.tar.gz is created and is 50G
Then queuing transport of file acct1.tar.gz
    Next checking backup for acct2
Bailing out.. you must set a valid destination for backups
Next checking backup for acct3....acct50 all error out
Bailing out.. you must set a valid destination for backups
Then eventually transfer of acct1.tar.gz completes and file is removed freeing up 50G
Next checking backup for acct51 and destination is valid again now that space is avilable.
    Queuing transport of file: acct51.tar.gz

So the issue is that it does not wait for the transfer to complete and instead errors out if it cannot create consecutive zip file(s) due to lack of disk space.
