Your Email server rejected your login

Hi Guys,

I am basic user for Cpanel. I have strange problem . I am using Outlook 2013 - 2016 . Last 4 days inside 2 times i have a error messages. I uploaded pictures . I checked my ip address no where in black list. I cant connect server and we cant take emails from my ip address. When i am using web mail i can login and i can see my emails from same ip address. But outlook 2013-2016 asking all time password. I reseted password try again with outlook it is not working. But different ip address connect my email with Outlook. Same settings - same configuration. I think my company ip ban in cpanel setting. How can i solve this problem ?

I have been using Microsoft Outlook from last one year, but suddenly it starts showing the error message on the screen "Sending and Receiving reported error 0x800CCC92: Your Email server rejected your login. Verify username and password in account properties".

It sounds like something is causing connectivity with the server, from the mail client itself. If you don't have root access to the server you'll need to discuss this issue with your hosting provider to assist you further. You'd need to see what the error in the logs is when you try and login via the mail client.
