yum failed 6 times. Cannot continue! Removing /root/installer.lock

Hello I am trying to install WHM/cpanel On My fresh New Server but i am getting error "yum failed 6 times. Cannot continue! Removing /root/installer.lock" Can any one tel me how to fix this error ?????????

Are you sure selinux is disabled on server? Make sure that your dns resolvers are working fine(/etc/resolv.conf).
