    create a phpinfo.php page in your /usr/local/apache/htdocs/ with following contents :
    PHP:
    <?php
    phpinfo
    ();
    ?>
    and then go to http://IP_ADDRESS/phpinfo.php
    and find zend on that page, you will get the version

    You can also get the Zend version in php.ini file.
    cat /usr/local/lib/php.ini
    and check the last few lines of that file, you will get the Zend version on your server.

    EDIT :- http://serverip/phpinfo.php is more simple as stated by "murtaza_t" but still another option to look at for the version.
