Zip Archive Enabled: Fail

Hello everyone, I need to fix this as fast as possible.
On my website on Duplicator Plugin, it shows me Zip Archive Enabled: Fail.
Just like in the example photo.
On the PHP it says that ZIP is enabled.
Tell me how to fix this fast please!!

Your access level shows as "Website Owner". Please report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can verify the Zip module is installed for PHP version 5.5 through EasyApache 4.

I see, but I have to make a backup of my website right now, do you know any other plugin just like duplicator that makes a good backup. Please it would be a great help if you find something to be done right now!

You could backup the entire cPanel account using the "Backup Wizard" feature in cPanel if your hosting provider has enabled it:
