Zlib disabled by WHM ?

Hi,
I'm a whm reseller user. When I try to use zlib or ZipArchive, I come across with PHP Fatal Error. My hosting company said zlib is disabled by WHM on current version for a security reason. My WHM version is 11.30.6 (build 3).

Is this possible? then how can i/we fix it?

Your Reseller Provider have to Rebuild their Apache and have to include zlib during rebuilding...

here is phpinfo() phpinfo()
it says php already configured with '--with-zlib' '--with-zlib-dir=/usr'

Your web hosting provider will be able to better assist you with this issue. They will have access to the Apache error log and the PHP configuration file to determine if any specific configuration values are causing the error with your PHP script.
