zoneedit as primary

Is it bad to use zoneedit as my primary nameservers? Seem exceptiolnally easy to maintain. I don't really know how to deal with this from the server standpoint thoughl.

Not bad at all. Just make sure your registrar reflects zoneedits name servers and delete your zone in WHM.

what do i put for my primary nameservers in the CPanel configuratinon? does it matter?

Whatever you have setup with your registrar and ZoneEdit. Your domain will use ZoneEdits' nameservers and your customers will use your nameserers that are listed in your ZoneEdit zone file.
